Hello,
we are glad you are thinking of helping us. You can help us in many ways, of course. If you are playing shockball you may help keeping the information of your team updated. If you have a good knowledge of mediawiki, you may help in doing templates or aiding us in finding an organizational structure that can be easily maintained. If you are good with graphics, you can have fun making astounding graphics for the teams, for example, the uniforms.
The ideas above are only examples of what is needed. Speaking with an admin is the better thing, since many more possibilities can be envisaged.
We are officially putting out a call for assistance in a number of roles:
1) CSL League Marshal
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all contracts are dealt with.
- Ensuring all teams are under the salary/point cap and have the required number of players
- Assist in weekly GNS production
- Shocker contribution
- Assist in development of ideas
- Art ability and Coding knowledge considered a definite plus
Requirements: Can have no team affiliation in any way and your CSL player is "retired." Must be active, ie you must actually do stuff. A 2 month probation period will be had.
2) Development Team
Responsibilities:
- Assist in development of ideas and features
- Art skills a definite plus
Requirements:
- You do not have to give up team affiliation
- Active
- Imagination. Writing skill highly considered.
3) Game admin
GSL are developing other sports/entertainment at this time. If you are interested in being an admin for these let me know.
